Anyone who thinks this management didn't disclose Offor's convertible debt didn't read the PR dated in February. The company has to disclose the creation of convertible debt...and not when a CD holder decides to convert it.
Anyone saying otherwise thinks Deloitte was hired to throw out management and restructure the company. That is obviously false.
