No, I don't believe that is true. Like with Enoxoparin Sandoz will manufacture and distribute as well as set pricing. Sales will be reported by Novartis and profit is split after expenses determined by the original agreement "2006 Agreement" if I recall correctly, similar to Enox and then distributed to MNTA.
