You also reported that there would be audited financials and uplisting in 2013. It didn't happen then and won't happen now.

Even if that happens (which might never) THCZ is not worth $43 Million. Even if they reach their targets and uplist they wont be worth the current PPS.

Remember, there will be a lot of operating costs this Quarter and they wont be able to break even before atleast end of this year. So they cannot simply be worth $43 Million. It's just ridiculous!

That settles it then - there won't be any uplist.

THCZ will file an audited annual report for the uplist..
