Your right in that Rudy & his act 2 guys didn't go to jail but " BAD RUDY " did get a chunk of their azzes bitten off through the SEC. It was the act 1 " TULSA CARTEL " guys who went to jail. Google " A MINI-ENRON AROUND EVERY CORNER " & Nathan Vardi Forbes Magazine " I SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN CHASING THE MONEY " & read the comments. Perfect example of how flawed our enforcement system is in these matters.
Nice work Matt and almost a carbon copy of soooo many other cartel type scams. I only lost light and don't have the time or energy to play with this one but I think your right in that the SEC will probably do a colonoscopy on them with enough complaints being sent in.
This could all be cut by 90% if Congress would enact the proper laws needed and viewed all such acts as crimes ( which they are )and then double the SEC budget and make them a true enforcement agency with frightening teeth.
