Did anyone force the HJOE management to get in bed with the Who's Who of toxic financing?

HJOE states they have been in business since 2009 - why can't they get traditional financing if they are as successful as they try and portray on Twitter, Facebook and press releases.

So the new argument is that HJOE signed the convertible notes but did so with the idea of becoming delinquent so they couldn't convert - that would be fraud.
