I'm confused.

Why isn't Guinea helping to pay for the development of this country specific solution?
This whole business makes no sense. No other business would embark on creating and building out a specific, country-wide health care system without one penny in funding from the nation benefiting from the solution (IMO).
Pretty sure money IS changing hands, somewhere, somehow. We need a SEC audit now.
