WHOA! 9.5 billion authorized!! I suppose that will be touted as better than the rs. Only problem is, no one wants them. Even at .0001 that'll be almost a million dollar market cap for just the commons, or 6.65 million dollars if the preferreds are considered.
That's just too much money for a share selling scam....
