WinXP is unsupported, unstable, obsolete, terrible and just inviting hackers to steal your shit. No idea why people run that shit still if they have any brains whatsoever. Win 8.1 may be many things but it is FAR FAR more secure...

Windows 7 is okay. Microsoft have a history of making every second version of Windows a complete PITA. Hopefully therefore Windows 10 will be fine.
