He's correct. Warrants give OCAT money, but they have to be exercised after the price reaches 7.48.
It's all a drunk fest now anyway. If OCAT cannot get big money from a partnership, they'll dry up an be gone in a year. If they don't have a partnership by the time they run out of money, you all better sell off fast, or you'll see Dilution Round 2, and another 20% drop in price.
