lol. so? how does any of that change the situation. the idea that the sec just made this stuff up is ludicrous.

The SEC does not warn them of the impending suspension but they do ask questions, take testimony, issue subpoenas and wells notices... I am currently watching another stock charged with Securities Fraud and then suspended for delinquent filings, that Company knew for over a year of thier SEC investigation as investigative testimony was recorded a year before the charges and suspension. Of course the "company" never said a word to investors and actually had the audacity to continue on with the scam.
