Take a look at KMAG. They were suspended on Sept. 17,2012 . Guess what, nothing has changed for them, they are still on the grey sheets and the rhetoric from the company and the shareholders is scarily similar to REVO. The SEC has made its move on REVO and they will not budge.

They send a Notice (email/Web site) THIS STOCK IS HOT then prior to Public opening (9:30 AM) the Stock shows Sales up 50% 200% then the Public jumps in and in the midst of all the buying the Share PPs Nose Dives as the Day goes on generating Massive Losses from earlier trades. ALL DONE out in the OPEN with MM involvement and the SEC can't or Won't stop it???

The SEC did stop it. The most recent supposedly pricey promo campaign was from May, with payment of $500,000 disclosed. (In reality, there's no way of knowing whether the promoters actually got cash, or if they got stock, but that's another story.) The promoters said they were paid by a "third party"; but they almost always say that. One thing we do know is that the pump job was financed by somebody with a large amount of stock to dump.

The SEC has had several months to investigate since then. Perhaps they have information they aren't yet prepared to share.
