No one needs to read a proxy statement to know what the claimed pros and cons are of a R/S. That's general knowledge for all stocks.

And no one needs to google anyhting, either. One just needs to understand the circumstances here.

We're talking about the specific pros and cons of a R/S for a specific company. That can be narrowed down to just a few of the pros and cons listed in the proxy.

The general purpose and effect of the amendment to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation in authorizing 5,000,000,000 shares of Common Stock is to facilitate future financing to enable the company to continue its current business operations.

No one needs to have the cons spelled out.

Just apply those that are pertinent to SWET and ignore the rest.
