Trouble is, we don't know what the future holds in store. At this point, I think a bounce is certainly possible, but getting the price back over a dollar won't be at all easy, especially with the threat of an SEC lawsuit hanging over the company's head. Because of that, the NYSE probably isn't feeling all that accommodating.
