Good point PB, but may be they are fixing their books to reflect a transaction of $9 million. If they were honest, I will say, may be they did spend that money, but we just don't know. There are accountants who are good at fudging the books. The power plants could be another matter. Like I said earlier, you can photo shop any image nowadays and pass it off as the real thing. Until we see real power plants in operation and generating revenues, I have to take everything they say with a pinch of salt. Steven.
