AK; When and if they pass the mini I expect a long sigh of relief from most here. Maybe a bit of excitement for a few days and then a falling off of any increase in pps if proving flights are not well under way within two weeks. When confirmation that all paper work for regular flights to St Pete have been PR ed and ticket sales started we may get a stable pps. This of course only my opinion. I do not think the carrot trick will work so well in the future.
