yeah man; for sure. I'm a New Yorker too; around grime and filth and people and concrete all the time. But I've been out to CO a couple times since 2012 and I love it! the "character" of the rooms; at least as I've seen them on the website, look awesome! I'm scheduled to visit in July; I'll let you know how the rooms "play" haha
