Magna is not even diluting shares. They can't. Yet as there is a restriction on when shares can be diluted so you are speculating on your end as well. The company is given 90 days to pay back. A lot can happen between June 1 - August 29. It is a probability game with the convertibles and the odds are in the company's favor IMO.
