thanks TampaTradr and basically, the thing that is puzzling is we now know that Peregrine was sabotaged and the class action was pushed trying to further dismantle and break apart the BOD of Peregrine Pharmaceuticals... and I'm just curious if the class action against CBMG plays into related of much importance to Peregrines plan to follow?
1) We certainly see that Peregrine brings in Scott Antonia
2) Dr. Antonia has some vaccine patents
3) Now... Dr. Antonia sits on Scientific Advisory board of a company going thru a class action ( which looks to be because of CAR T cell side effects/death(s) ??? as patients have been dying from chemo and all sorts of Big Pharma FDA approved drugs for decades and I have not looked into much more.... but figured I'd toss it out there for later if other facts come out of this...
My initial thought would be Scott Antonia, Dmitry Gabrilovich, David Carbone, Hakan Mellstedt all or each in their own way would be working with PS Targeting for any of their patents or with another small biotech, because the 1st ones out of the gate that show dramatic improvement with combining PS Targeting will certainly have an instant advantage... (which must be the purpose of those "dozens of collaborations" where they want to shock some of their competitors in getting a jump start on what looks like the foundation of PS Targeting being combined with many treatment drugs
