The reaction is not always indicative of the action in stocks as share price moves based on speculation.... which would tie into the legal necessity of using the word 'intends'.
And as far as being around a long time..... sure, I have as well, but even some of the longest shareholders don't do proper DD... which is the reason behind my mentioning of the LOI... 2 days ago... :)
