News Flash for you: SEC and courts said that in an open forum the posters can say what ever they want under freedom of speech law. It doesn't have to be true. All that is required is that the person talking believes it.
What the market and the SEC and Justice Department won't stand for is when a CEO lies to investors or to the public. And they have jailed hundreds of people for it.
