Yes, I remember the Brekken story about the mouse getting 100% Complete response and then after reinfecting them they developed immuno-response and cured of their own to finally die of old age.
But rectal has been delayed with 1 year a couple of weeks ago.
I think first things first. Digital Imaging (since it seems to be eminent), Bavi-Yervoy and SUNRISE.
id rather see radiation and Bavi, hopefully soon, it will dwarf any and all combo's. Better than Chemo or any I/O. Can Bavi and Radiation be given once Bavi is approved?

The BAVI in rectal adenocarcinoma is an open label trial in 18 subjects - started in June 2012 !!! Primary completion ~ June 2016 !!!
So while the data maybe positive (as and when we get it), it certainly will not vanquish other I/O drugs - because in that case I am sure they could have shortened the trial and released the results, even if only 9 subjects had been recruited in 3 years.
