5 years from now, there will be no Opdivo given.
Looks even more so now, maybe 3 years

Maybe should let Peregrine Management know because a P2 with Opdivo is planned to start this year. Based on your statement, it would seem somewhat futile to even start this trial.

Vol....or maybe lower, safer doses of Opdivo....which will work more safely and in many of the 64% it does not work in now (because the combination with Bavi makes it both safer and more widely effective!).
