Good evening, Drummer, here is my post of a few days ago. I am a bit proud of my prediction:

"The national situation with these girls (young ladies) is quite interesting. This song points out the reason.
At the risk of entering the political arena, let me say that these girls have truly taken the gaff from many country music fans. Many other artists have spoken out against the same war, with far less negative consequences.
It appears that the Chicks are now embarked upon a new course in their journey in life, and artistically speaking, this could become very interesting for all of us. Listen closely this song and you will see what I mean.
Growth many times comes from suffering, and artistic growth is something that is very easy to watch and recognize. If it is good growth (as the Chick's growth appears to be) we will all be treated to some exciting new material from these girls as they will now push forward with new musical expressions of their hopes, dreams, fears and feelings."

This is truly fine work the Chicks produced, and I doubt it would have surfaced from their minds had they not faced the concerns and sorrows that the Bush situation gave them.
Country Radio should be very ashamed of its behavior towards the girls--how dare a bunch of untrained political hacks such as DJ's dare to assume they should dictate to us who is correct in this war, and whose music we should listen to.
