I spoke with the attorney who filed the suit. I was told they brought the suit because IMSC was not in compliance with Massachusetts law governing public companies. He also said the lawsuit could have been avoided if anyone at IMSC had responded to repeated phone calls from first the shareholder, Miller, and later from their law firm. So, instead of simply having an IR contact return a phone call, IMSC is paying their attorneys to answer a lawsuit. Brilliant.
