Mdmn imo will have something out soon enough . Auyrn will as well.
I also agree Jj and company need to be gone... That all or nothing deal makes no sense, unless it was at an offer of .05 to .07 and Jj thinks it can be worth .15 to .25 some day .... So he decides to sell millions of shares at depressed prices ( cause he doesn't care considering he owns tons ) so he can pay bills and put food in the table. This scenerio sucks for common sh'ers .
JJ is doing fine... he does not need Auryn's money for his shares at their offered price... and he/Claro do not need to sell nor are they selling any MDMN shares...
Auryn will exercise their option to buy... just when...??? only Auryn knows the answer to that...
What Auryn won't do... is:... Auryn won't put millions of dollars into proving up the Mountain for 3 years and then walk away from that money by not exercising the option... which in turn would let JJ sell the Mountain to someone else... and thus... JJ would have received millions of free dollars from the Lett's to prove up the Mountain and then JJ would also receive millions more by selling it to someone else...
Auryn/The Lett's won't let that happen...
Auryn and JJ will be partners up until the time that the price is right for JJ to actually start selling some shares...
And yes... new investors will be coming around buying MDMN stock when the right news gets out and the market becomes aware of the Mountains value...
