Well, yeah. Obviously the onus is on CEN.

That's why they filed the judicial review application.

It argues that HC denied CEN a license without legal cause, as set forth by health Canada.

The judge will read CEN's application and then review HC's reason for denial.

We know why CEN was denied. Bill Security clearance was taken away.

It was issued in June 2014 then removed in February 2015.

The judge will want to know why it was removed.

Health Canada will have to provide a legal reason why it was removed.

Information gleaned from Grant Robertson will not even be admissible in court, let alone reason for revoking the license.
