This move isnt done yet. This much massive volume means there arent enough shares to go around. Big investors buying in. This is going to take at least a month for them to finish buying. This wound care FDA approval on the gel must be huge for ocls. Now they can sell a doctor favorite medication that is prescription only over the counter. This totally changes the valuation of OCLS and makes them a buyout opportunity for some big pharma.
