No call back from Rosethal, but don Boyd called back and said they are looking at options but couldn't elaborate, but that they have a clean shell. After looking over the 10q it looks like the 3 main guys, Rosethal, Boyd and hoar have 40% + of all the outstanding shares as rosenthal also lent the company $$& thru a convertible note with asps. I hope something comes of this.
