Elmer, you know more about the chip screening process than I do. Would you normally expect a 1.6GHz chip to have such small headroom unless it was hand sorted or rescreened? It looks as if AMD is scraping the bottom of the barrel just to get the frequencies they already have. Reminds me of the 2200+ parts, which could barely clock past 1.8GHz when AMD's .13u process first came online.
