I don't agree. Some of the biggest runs I've seen on the OTC have been from non reporting companies. I have to believe traders won't buy into this because they aren't familiar with what's at stake and what the implications are if Fund wins this lawsuit. Traders also stay away from thinly traded stocks.
I dont think it matters if traders touch this at this point any way. The wheels are in motion. We dont need momo to win the prize. Its not about the push, its about the settlement, I am here for the big prize personally and if I didn't think we had a good shot I never would have bought my shares. If traders come and try to flip or push it will be too hard to get shares, unless shorty wants to stick his neck out further?
