You literally know nothing. I can tell by your comments.

You're joking, right?

www.telecorp.com & www.telecorpir.com - you're welcome.

You're correct, they don't have a product. That was obvious to me after I spent 30 seconds reading the the business description and saw the part that said, "Telecorp is in the final stages of software development". If you visit their website and click on the "pricing" page, you'll notice various service plans. If you click on "see more" below each plan, it shows more info about the services that would be provided for each plan, there isn't a "buy" button. If you ever once called the company and asked why, they would straight up tell you that the software is still being developed. Meaning, there's nothing for people to buy right now. If you viewed Telecorp's financials, you'd know that the company doesn't generate revenue. Even if you didn't call the company to verify what I just said, what other conclusion could you possibly have drawn from these facts?

Paul did not say that there wont be a reverse split. He said that he had no intention of doing a reverse split. Allow me to clarify -- Guys don't INTEND to knock up their girlfriends on prom night. Drunk drivers don't INTEND to crash their cars. Paul does not INTEND to do a reverse split, but if the ask drops to .0001, it may very well happen.

Do you actually read what you type? It wouldn't make sense for Paul to spend money on IR and crush the share price to a state of illiquidity, then proceed to wait several months for a R/S to occur. He has nothing to gain from doing that, except for raising maybe $60,000 (give or take). That doesn't go far when it costs tens of thousands of dollars just to stay public and keep the lights on each year.

You're right, I am Paul's friend. I also own over 200,000,000 shares in Telecorp and I provide investor relations and consulting services for the company. Therefore, it is my job and personal responsibility to know what is going on. I didn't come here to "stick up for Paul". Your opinion of him is none of my business and it's solely based on insanely inaccurate information, therefore, I don't care. I came here because I've been busting my balls trying to inform shareholders, yet the only person who has actually reached out, is Vulcan4. So, here I am at 4:30AM on a Saturday, going out of my way to do YOU a favor. If don't want my knowledge, that's fine, just tell you bank account that I said "good luck" and we'll leave it at that.
