Amazing what you can do when the entire benchmark fits in on-die cache!

It's the new premier CPU for people who manipulate datasets of up to 6 Mbytes in size.

(And some others too, no doubt :-).

Edit: Time to go long SGI? Altix is pretty impressive. But then so is having a negative book value :-)

That score would surprise a lot of people. Let's wait for the official submission.
