I hear what you are saying, and I am holding 5,000 shares no matter what because of the facts of this case. However; according to this stickied post; there are no settlement discussions. http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=110160908 The surest way to make a killing on this is most likely to be a monstrous run and short squeeze... and the bottom line is that cannot happen if the stock is not trading... I do have some fear, you are correct, but I believe it is a healthy fear of non-reporting tickers and honestly I think that is the biggest reason the SP is where it is today. If they were to file a 15-12G form and then simply go OTC Pink current the stock would absolutely explode IMO.
