Corruption in Iraq is systemic and there's no way the U.S. is going to change that no matter how long we stay or how much $$$/lives we pour into that country...and a change in Iraqi leadership is like moving the deck chairs around on the Titanic - it won't make any difference. The U.S. is/will be blamed for the failure in Iraq, which frankly is mostly true - it's almost criminal for BushII to have invaded a country that did nothing to the U.S. and turn Iraq/ME upside down!
