Guys didnt buy into this for the EPS or EBITDA, the reality is guys short stocks based on charts and inactivity yet they dont often scratch the surface to find out the inner working or dynamics. Then they yell foul when they realize they were caught in a short trap of sorts. No one lured shorts into doing what they did. They made their own move based on the flawed information that was available. They cant flaunt the pink sheet warning then ask why there isnt a pink sheet warning after they shorted lol. The facts are very easy to find if you look hard enough. Thats why people posted the links.
Being current is the last thing of concern for Fund. The only thing that matters is winning this lawsuit. The inactivity or lack of consistent trading with this stock is because a majority of the shares are held by longs and institutions.
I've been long for over four years. This lawsuit has been going on for over three years. I do see a light at the tunnel though and a positive outcome for shareholders this year and possible within the next three months.
