You only paint a small portion of the picture. Who in penny land only uses financials? I'll agree the filings are pretty terrible. But you also lie when you say it is a share selling operation. You have no evidence to support this. The other half of the picture is the info given daily by the company...which is lawfully binding!
Fact: CEO and other board members have deferred salaries and have not sold shares.
Fact: Veal himself has a large stake in the success of the company. He has mortgaged his home to fund operations and staked his retirement on the success of he company.
Fact: they have been brutally honest on SM updates. Lately all news is good. Prior not so much! They had a way forward but they were never misleading or gave investors the idea that this was a slam dunk.
So congratulations! You know how to read filings and poke around on the Internet for info that supports your view. Sad part is that you think you have the whole story when in fact you maybe have about 20%.
