Would seem that the note would continue on with DNAP since they are listed on the Canadian exchange still... you would have to read the entire RM agreement to see if Breathe took on the debt that DNAP had... my experience says the did NOT

i would tend to bet that john fife will have a lot of difficulty defrauding companies. just my humble opinion
