It is interesting to note that when Malc was desperately trying to convince people that drilling would start in 2012, just before the last licence expired, Malc went back to Hunt, a company that supposedly deliberately sabotaged the project and had a useless rig that had failed at Westwood. It would seem that Malc's sudden realisation that it was Hunt who were responsible for the Bellevue failure only came after Hunt's new owners sued him under the personal guarantee, which he gave in the settlement with Hunt and reneged on, no doubt contributing to Hunt going bust. Maybe he had a vision from god telling him that is what happened, maybe when Malc visited Mt Sinai god did appear to him there after all and he just lied about it in his deposition.
