CPSS (5.84) sure has gotten cheap, now trading at under 6x analyst EPS estimates for 2015. That recent shelf offering has weighed down on the stock.

I've been adding to my position in recent days.

CPSS finally having a good day after that insider buy. Nice to see a couple of big laggards in my portfolio are both doing well today (CPSS and PESI).
