LOL I am officer downtown Manhattan bigcap and my shop is getting me done I think RIGHT NOW inside deal. But my 6.0 no points rate expires June 15th and I cant get my lazy Co-op to interview my buyer to complete the deal! So I may miss closing by 15th. I will take your number and if we struggle more WILL call you. Look about Manhattan you really should walk the B Bridge and check out Dumbo really sweet and close to the real true goldmine Lower Manhattan. I looked Batt City and Tribeca and prefer Dumbo. Heights is of course sweet but really staid after being here 10 years.

Lots and lots great small art galleries throughout dumbo which I like.

My girlfriend went B law and she is so sweet. Works in lower manhattan. But other thing is I may flip dumbo for Tribeca in due time. So yah never know when I could maybe use your connections and expertise. Real estate is a must for me especially with tax rates that we face in NYC
