FYI - Carlos signed on the confidential Settlement agreement on Sep 3, 2014.

Sep 14, 2014, he registered to sell his shares in the open Mkt.

Oh wait - Carlos will say he didn't know about the agreement (like in the Annon case). Problem - he signed the doc. Oh - maybe BK forge his signature on the agreement docs.

Mmn - but Carlos signature was notarized.

But wait - maybe the notary was part of the conspiracy?
