That is just my point with Pfizer... not sure if they can think with the current people in charge of that company. And I repeat...
this is NOT the same Pfizer pharmaceutical that was the pharma giant in the 1990s. Totally different company now and it is beginning to show cracks.

As for the insurance companies required to pay the greatly increased cost? Insurance companies may have no choice but to abide by whatever comes down.
What is cheaper for insurance companies? Pay an additional cost for the ADF on the prescription opioid or pay out money for addicts hooked on prescription opioids?

The ADF is far cheaper.

Also with the increase in liability issues when more robust ADFs become available I really dont think insurance companies are going to have a choice. Either way insurance companies will make their money to cover additional costs. They always find ways to make money. The FDA puts a mandate of sorts through and there will be no choice. With companies like Purdue Pharma doing basically whatever they want the FDA may have no choice but to put a sort of mandate through. Ahhh the vicious circle.......LOL
