Lol, yes for about 30 seconds after the bell. Then ur stuck watching as large firms get the first bids. I will say, however, it seems FINRA has seemed to have sped up the process. If ur lucky it will be within the same week in which u can trade as retail.
Hi-the time being, as into so many penny stocks we saw last year/months so many (too much) shares capital increases and reverse split that if a Ceo only says ..... probably a RRR... he hasn't the time to say SSS that the stock price is minus 2000% ...
Sure that all the Ceo knows this right now: that's a reality of this moment / year.
