Baltia chooses not to communicate beyond stale 2013 "plans".

I guess my opionon is that even if they don't get things set in 6 weeks after the mini, that doesn't concern me. The 6 week statement is based on what they possibly could do in a normal cert process. Even the ticket sales during proving flights might not happen either or it might. The statement was made that they would be allowed to per past FAA process, that doesn't mean that they will. The point is that once the Mini is done and proving flights happen, Baltia is going to sell tickets shortly after and they will make profit and the PPS will rise to extreme levels.
