Many a company has taken out a loan, went under and filed BK

Getting a loan is no insurance from BK -geeze

SD is not committing fraud by taking another loan ( line of credit) and filing BK next year - they really have no choice - if you would look at the history of SD and their financials it's all there in black and white - poor management, crippling debt and now low oil prices =BK not really even a buy out prospect anymore-imo

I personally see SD as treading water and about to go under as oil prices are not coming back to the level they need to survive anytime soon -I am sitting SD out till the BK play

What is ironic is that NG will take off and boom before oil does again(due to NG exporting end of year) SD sold all their NG holdings in 2009-2010 to move into oil so they could survive -

I NEVER said SD was filing BK tomorrow I said imo that is where they shall end up - at least I was aware of the new A/S lol
