Good evening Dan. Frankly they are both quite poor choices from everything I've read, but at the moment Garcia appears to be the lesser of the evils (and he appears to have won). The "ace" up Century's sleeve is that its 40% partner in Peru is the labor force itself. I am betting that this insulates them somewhat from the trouble I think will be brewing.
