Perhaps one needs to understand what a Letter Of Intent actually means? There is no fine print. The deal has to be finalized to be valid...Intending to acquire and actually acquiring Evergreen is still pending, is it not?

I'm sure that press release generated some RIGH share buying.......that seemed to be Angels intent.

Evergreen Licensing established November, 2014, yet Angel states in that press release that a team (Evergreen Licensing???) that we have known and respected for years.
