I would be as bullish as in April or in October 05 if not for the COT. In both instances small guys were short and commercials were long (relative to their positions during the last couple of years). It's totally opposite now. Small traders are extremely long now, and commercials are moderately bearish.
COT is not for short-term trading, but IMO it is very likely that the rally will be much shorter and weaker than than the previous two.
