UCHC just updated quarterly, took down the company website, tweets they are going to have news.

Take a look at the date on the website hosting creation:

Creation Date: 01-FEB-2010
Updated Date: 06-FEB-2015
Expiration Date: 01-FEB-2016

Yes they just updated and renewed in Feb this year. If they were going nowhere or doing nothing why bother reporting or maintaining the website.
