I've been in several bio's and most all of them operate the same way. On medium good news they run and then fall back for one reason or the other. The only time they reach the sky is with approval. If you can time the runs you can average down, but if you miss you end up paying more to get back in. This is definite worth holding if the p3 is a good one.
